At Digi Titan, we aim to provide a high-quality learning experience and complete peace of mind to our participants. If a participant is not satisfied with the course delivery, they may request a 100% refund after the first session, subject to the terms mentioned below.
The refund policy applies only to online instructor-led courses offered by Digi Titan.
This policy does not apply to self-paced courses, workshops, seminars, recorded programs, or any offline training sessions.
If a participant has taken an education loan through a financial partner, any applicable cancellation charges imposed by the lender must be borne by the participant.
Participants must provide their feedback immediately after the first session if they wish to request a refund.
Attendance in Session 1 (live participation) is mandatory to be eligible for a refund.
Participants must submit an official refund request via email within 24 hours of the first session.
If the participant has downloaded session recordings, course materials, or any digital resources from the Learning Management System (LMS), the refund request will not be eligible.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during course registration.
Refund processing may take up to 10 working days, depending on the banking or payment provider.
In cases that do not meet the conditions listed above, refunds will not be applicable.
1. Can I transfer my enrollment to a friend or family member?
Yes. Enrollment transfers to a friend or family member can be done without any additional charges.
2. What if I miss the first class? Can I still request a refund?
Attendance in the first session is mandatory. If you do not attend Session 1, you will not be eligible to claim a refund.
3. How does Digi Titan determine if course materials were downloaded?
Digi Titan uses a Learning Management System (LMS) that tracks user activity. Before processing any refund request, the system verifies whether course materials or recordings have been accessed or downloaded.
4. Are there any hidden conditions in the refund policy?
No. Digi Titan follows transparent business practices. The refund policy contains only the conditions clearly mentioned above.
5. What is considered the “first session”?
The first session refers to the initial live class of the batch you registered for.
For example, if your batch starts on March 31, you must attend that class to qualify for a refund. If you miss the first session and attend a later class instead, that session will be considered your second session, and the refund policy will no longer apply.
